What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain in-depth operational expertise through structured rotations in retail, culinary, patient services, and clinical settings.
• Lead and contribute to impactful strategic and operational projects, including client quarterly business reviews and annual budget process development.
• Collaborate directly with Morrison executive and c-suite leadership, working alongside prestigious healthcare system clients.
• Participate in high-level strategic planning, sales process development, technology implementation, and new business openings.
• Enhance leadership and professional skills through extensive orientation, regional leadership academy, and various skill enhancement training programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree holders who are recent or soon-to-be graduates, suitable for an entry-level leadership development program.
• Experience: Prior professional work experience, particularly for individuals from graduate programs that require it.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Bonus: A strong interest in leadership within the healthcare industry, a diverse background and skill set, and a willingness to relocate.
