Your expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation will be essential in supporting businesses, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve their long-term financial objectives. What You’ll Actually Do
• Bookkeeping: Manage the complete cycle of bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining general ledgers for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Compliance: Oversee the precise processing of client payrolls and prepare essential sales tax filings, adhering strictly to all relevant regulatory guidelines and ensuring timely submissions.
• Reporting: Take responsibility for the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, to provide clear and actionable insights into client financial performance.
• Taxation: Prepare a variety of tax returns for individuals and businesses, accurately completing all necessary forms and schedules to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
• Advisory: Provide critical assurance services and offer expert financial advising to clients on a range of financial matters, helping them understand their financial position and strategize for future growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an accounting role.
• Skills: Demonstrated professional demeanor, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively multi-task.
