Global Operations Military Development Program | Bank of America
The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational program at Bank of America, located in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Jacksonville, FL. • Mission: Support the Line of Business in delivering on priorities by backing initiatives and strategies.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective, active working relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts relevant to the line of business.
• Tactical Execution: Support teammates and partners to execute and deliver on tactical plans that achieve strategic objectives for the Line of Business.
• Operational Support: Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another based on workload, including project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Program Participation: Attend Military Development Program events and actively participate in projects that may be highly visible and impact clients and associates.
• Corporate Integration: Leverage military experience and unique skills to further develop within the corporate environment by demonstrating Bank of America’s vision and culture.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge. Holds a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Within 24 months of separation from Active Duty; Currently Drilling National Guard or Reservists are eligible.
• Skills: Demonstrates effective leadership, including the ability to coach others; possesses strong analytical skills; builds strong team relationships through effective communication and collaboration; applies learnings and adapts to new information; exhibits attention to detail and problem solving.
• Bonus: Executes tasks effectively under changing and ambiguous circumstances; demonstrates the ability to effectively work and collaborate in a business environment.
