Principal Enablement Architect | Workday

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Workday, located remotely in the USA. Workday develops an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, shaping the future of work. This position drives the transformation of the Revenue organization’s performance across skill, process, tool, and leadership development. It involves architecting holistic enablement strategies and integrating AI tools to achieve efficiency and revenue impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Drive revenue enablement strategy and evolve targeted programs across skill development, process optimization, tool adoption, and revenue leadership development.
• Program Delivery: Design and deliver complex, strategic enablement experiences using online, blended, instructor-led, and AI-powered solutions.
• Solution Leadership: Lead the design and development of strategic enablement solutions for a global customer operations audience, including sales and customer success.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows, coaching programs, and learning design to boost productivity and scale across the revenue organization.
• Project Management: Manage several large-scale, high-priority enablement transformations, ensuring adherence to timelines, measurable performance outcomes, and quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level corporate professional in enablement, performance consulting, or instructional design.
• Experience: 12+ years of corporate experience in enablement, performance consulting, or instructional design, including 5+ years leading complex revenue enablement projects for global teams in a technology-first setting, 5+ years developing comprehensive enablement content, and 2+ years applying enterprise-level AI tools in enablement.
• Skills: Technical learning agility to transform complex technical and commercial frameworks, deep knowledge of B2B revenue methodologies and customer lifecycle processes, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence senior Revenue leaders.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field.
