What You’ll Actually Do
• Certify: Successfully pass the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam during the program and actively participate in all company-sponsored events.
• Develop: Engage in comprehensive soft skills and sales training sessions, networking events, and leverage ongoing constructive feedback to enhance professional sales performance.
• Master: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in key sales techniques, including rapport-building and negotiation, as well as utilizing software tools relevant to the mortgage industry.
• Achieve: Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and take accountability for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance excellence and achieve program sales objectives within a metric-focused environment.
• Serve: Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong connections with a wide range of stakeholders, while consistently demonstrating resilience in overcoming obstacles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, which is the foundational requirement for this early career opportunity in financial services sales.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate strong motivation, resilience, and self-initiative, coupled with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales specifically within the mortgage industry. Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship is also required.
• Skills: Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in time management and organizational skills is essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Additionally, proven problem-solving abilities and consultative sales skills are critical, along with an independent, results-oriented mindset committed to excellence.
