What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Begin a 2.5-year program with approximately five months of project-based learning within Global Banking, diving into complex business problems in an incubator environment to build foundational knowledge of Product Management.
• Rotate: Participate in two distinct 12-month rotations, aligning with high-impact functional, business, or product teams within the Commercial Bank to gain diverse experience.
• Analyze: Combine strategic thinking with quantitative analysis to effectively answer key business questions and drive insights.
• Communicate: Clearly present findings and recommendations, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across various teams.
• Design: Apply an innovation mindset to conceptualize and develop new client experiences and cutting-edge solutions for our businesses.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level candidate who is graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, holding a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience acquired through active participation in school activities or community organizations.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communications capabilities, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and an intellectual curiosity paired with a strong desire to learn. Also required is the ability to formulate logical questions, suggestions, or next steps with minimal direction, and to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with additional knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL being a plus. Relevant internship experience, or academic coursework in areas like accounting, data science, economics, engineering, or finance.
