Business Product Manager, AI Cloud | Sea Limited

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sea Limited. The company is building an AI-native cloud platform that brings together scalable AI infrastructure, model services, and AI development capabilities to help enterprises build, deploy, and operate AI applications. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between customers, product, and engineering teams by helping customers evaluate and adopt the platform, and translating real-world usage and feedback into actionable product improvements. It is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, product-minded, and technically curious, with a strong interest in AI and cloud technologies.

• Mission: To bridge the gap between customers, product, and engineering teams, facilitating customer adoption and translating feedback into product improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Pre-Sales: Partner with business development teams to understand customer business and technical requirements, then explain the AI cloud platform, offerings, capabilities, and use cases.
• Assess Solutions: Evaluate customer needs to determine if our solutions are a good fit and help identify suitable products, configurations, and adoption paths.
• Drive Onboarding: Guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, from evaluation and account setup to product trials and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collect Feedback: Engage closely with customers during trials to understand their experience, pain points, requirements, and product preferences.
• Translate Requirements: Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and product teams, prioritizing improvements based on impact and value.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; possessing a strong interest in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise technology.
• Experience: Past relevant internship or fulltime experience in product management is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences; strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities; comfortable collaborating across business, product, and engineering teams.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of modern AI concepts like LLMs, inference, APIs, tokens, RAG, and AI agents, alongside basic cloud computing concepts such as compute, GPUs, virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and APIs.
