This is a year-long College Graduate Development Program, located in-person at Uline’s Kenosha, WI branch at 12355 Uline Way. This program is specifically crafted for forward-thinking college graduates eager to embark on their careers and make a tangible mark within a consistently growing company, while also benefiting from direct mentorship provided by experienced industry professionals. Participants will undergo extensive training and receive dedicated mentorship to cultivate essential business skills, ultimately preparing them for successful placement into a permanent role within the organization that genuinely aligns with their individual strengths and professional interests.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Core Business Foundation: Develop a comprehensive foundational knowledge of Uline’s core business model, encompassing its extensive product catalog, various operational systems, established processes, and critical customer service practices, gained through extensive, hands-on training and direct engagement in various business aspects like customer service, operations, and analytics.
• Skill Cultivation: Strengthen vital communication and analytical skills through active involvement in practical, hands-on projects that require critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
• Cross-functional Understanding: Participate in and contribute to cross-functional projects, which will provide a deep understanding of general business practices across different departments and functions, revealing how various parts of Uline’s operations integrate.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Regularly review and meticulously analyze business reports and various data sets to extract meaningful insights, which will be used to drive organizational growth initiatives and contribute to continuous operational improvements across the company.
• Executive Engagement: Gain invaluable skills, strategic perspectives, and direct insight into senior-level decision-making by interacting with Uline’s executive leaders throughout the duration of the program.
