What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard: Kickstart your journey with a comprehensive week of onboarding and training in June 2025.
• Rotate: Participate in a three-year rotational program, spending 12 months in each rotation within a specific digital domain/track.
• Develop: Receive ongoing training each year to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate: Engage with business and technical teams to investigate opportunities and problems, gather requirements, or lead project execution.
• Specialize: Gain exposure and build expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, data analysis, business process architecture, digital project management, or ERP systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, IT, MIS, business analytics, or a related field, graduating in May/June 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship, club involvement, or related work experience, with geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN. Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Knowledge of common programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Python, or Java.
• Bonus: Experience with digital business technologies (Cloud, ERP Systems, CRM Systems). Leadership experience and/or industry-related internship experience.
