What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Planning: Gain an understanding and assist in the planning of various audit assignments across multiple industries.
• Principle Application: Execute a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards, and technology implementation procedures for client work.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate audit issues, technical matters, and improvement opportunities to senior staff for effective client issue resolution.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality, and personal conduct throughout all assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required, though active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; strong ability to multi-task, think independently, and problem solve; strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
• Bonus: A degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.
