• Pay: 1250eur gross monthly (for full-time position)
• Mission: To uncover critical insights from client financial data, contributing to informed business decisions and supporting business growth within the audit team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate Financial Data: Dive into real client financial data with the curiosity and precision of a detective, meticulously uncovering critical insights that matter and drive informed business decisions.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely and collaboratively with audit teams and clients, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience with fundamental auditing principles and practical processes, within globally integrated groups.
• Apply Technology: Harness cutting-edge technology and sophisticated analytical tools to thoroughly explore complex data trends and provide essential support for continuous business growth.
• Develop Analyses: Prepare clear, insightful analyses of audit client data, expanding your professional skills in a supportive environment with ongoing investments in your career development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a closely related academic area.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is formally required, as this internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with auditing tools and processes. The internship period is scheduled from February to June 2026.
• Skills: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian; possess strong attention to detail; and exhibit robust interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse team members and clients.
