Management Trainee – Junior Campaign Project Manager | The Foundry

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person Management Trainee role at The Foundry, located in New York City. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Learn campaign dynamics by working face-to-face with customers and understanding client objectives firsthand.
• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Develop strong communication skills while learning to coordinate and execute campaigns from the ground up.
• Team Development & Training: Support team growth by assisting with development, performance, and coaching initiatives.
• Performance Management: Gain exposure to managing campaign performance, customer acquisition strategies, and client objectives.
• Business Operations: Understand day-to-day business operations with the aim of progressing towards real management responsibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level Management Trainee position for individuals genuinely interested in developing into a management role within campaign project management.
• Experience: No prior management experience is required. The Foundry is seeking individuals with management potential who can learn fundamentals, demonstrate consistency, and gradually take on increased responsibility through performance.
