What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Activities: Support daily accounting tasks and month-end closing processes.
• Data Review: Review financial data, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy.
• Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.
• Reporting Support: Support financial reporting and general accounting analysis efforts.
• Record Keeping & Projects: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with various ad hoc financial and analytical projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to review financial information and identify discrepancies.
• Bonus: Public accounting or Big 4 experience, experience working within a mid-to-large organization, currently pursuing a CPA, strong academic background.
