Warehouse Management Trainee | Uline

The Tone:
This is a full-time management trainee program at Uline, located in Lacey, WA. Uline is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, a family-owned company with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations. This role offers hands-on experience and a structured 18-month rotational program for individuals looking to grow into warehousing leadership, contributing to the company’s operational excellence and continued expansion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational learning program.
• Hands-on Training: Participate in practical training across all warehouse teams, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Skill Development: Develop warehouse management skills to maintain exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Certification Completion: Complete forklift and various warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse job rotations.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required; ability to learn quickly in a warehouse management environment is essential.
• Skills: Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask, excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and strong attention to detail.
