What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Support: Contribute to the structured and rigorous execution of various recruitment processes.
• Candidate Engagement: Interact effectively with candidates, applying empathy and active listening to foster positive relationships.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the recruitment strategy.
• Process Adaptation: Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in exploring new approaches and responding to recruitment challenges.
• Administrative Coordination: Utilize IT tools to manage and coordinate administrative aspects of the recruitment cycle.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s Degree minimum (Master 1 or 2, Professional License) in Human Resources, Business School, or an equivalent university program.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as this is a student internship position scheduled from January to June 2027.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and rigor, strong interpersonal skills with empathy and active listening, curiosity, autonomy, and high adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
