The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Cheval Blanc St-Tropez, part of LVMH, located in Saint-Tropez, France. The company is a prestigious luxury hotel, celebrated for its serene setting amidst centenarian pines, its exceptional service, and a dedicated team of 200 “Artisans” who deliver world-class hospitality and culinary experiences. This role is vital for fostering the human capital that defines the Cheval Blanc St-Tropez brand, ensuring the continuous recruitment, development, and support of its employees to uphold the highest standards of luxury service and cultivate a thriving work environment.

• Mission: This person is responsible for ensuring the recruitment, development, and administrative support of the hotel’s 200 “Artisans” to maintain its renowned service excellence and uphold its cherished family character.
• Tech Stack: SIRH, Excel, logiciels RH

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment: Master the fundamentals of recruitment, encompassing the full cycle from sourcing to integration of new “Artisans.”
• Administration: Manage personnel administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all employee records and processes.
• Training: Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and career paths of collaborators.
• Compliance: Ensure thorough knowledge and application of labor law and legal obligations within all human resources practices.
• Support: Actively listen to and provide dedicated accompaniment and support to collaborators, fostering their well-being and professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience at BTS / Licence / Master level in Human Resources, Social Law, or Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, coupled with significant experience in a generalist or specialized HR position.
• Skills: Mastery of HR fundamentals (recruitment, personnel administration, training), comprehensive knowledge of labor law and legal obligations, proficiency in HR and office tools (SIRH, Excel, HR software), and fluent French (oral and written).
• Bonus: Professional English skills (oral and written) are appreciated. Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end catering is valued. Recognition for rigor, discretion, strong sense of confidentiality, excellent listening skills, pedagogical approach, exceptional relational abilities, and a collaborative team spirit. Demonstrated passion for human connection and company culture.
