The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time to Full-time
• Location: In-person, one of our office locations
• Pay: $25–$38 hourly
• Team: Supports the auditing team
• Mission: Assist with financial reviews, data analysis, and compliance checks to gain hands-on experience in accounting and auditing, exposing you to internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Records: Analyze and review client accounting records and financial statements.
• Control Evaluation: Evaluate internal control systems, audit risk, materiality, and compliance with auditing standards through inquiry, observation, and review.
• Workpaper Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed workpapers supporting audit procedures.
• Testing and Review: Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
• Project Support: Assist with client engagements and other assigned projects, gaining exposure to various industries and business environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior or Senior Accounting Major or Business-related, or MBA Candidate in an Accounting track program. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Ability to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and computer skills, with the ability to commute to one of our office locations.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
