What You’ll Actually Do
• Support UPMC Finance through three unique, year-long rotations within Corporate Services, Health Services, and Insurance Services Divisions.
• Gain invaluable skills to build upon financial acumen, leadership ability, and business expertise.
• Provide financial support to UPMC’s finance and operational teams across the organization.
• Participate in a variety of events to give back to the Pittsburgh community.
• Receive career development and personal guidance from rotation managers and mentors while building lasting connections throughout UPMC.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree candidates with an anticipated graduation date in or before May 2027, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level professionals or recent graduates.
• Skills: Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, cumulative GPA of 3.2.
• Bonus: Cumulative & Major GPA of 3.4, demonstrated leadership ability through studies, employment, or extracurricular activities, flexibility and willingness to be placed in rotations in the Pittsburgh region and/or our regional locations.
