What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth understanding of the business from a leadership perspective.
• Engage: Participate in outside sales activities to promote Cintas’ products and services while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Serve: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Analyze: Support informed business decisions by analyzing sales data and contributing insights.
• Collaborate: Work with key leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months, preparing for an entry-level leadership development role.
• Experience: An active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, ability to obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide previous employment documentation for driving a regulated vehicle.
• Skills: Customer service, sales, data analysis, operational understanding, and a willingness to learn multiple facets of a business.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, a business or related academic major, or leadership/management experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
