What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Solution Development: Develop and deliver integrated business and technology solutions aimed at improving customer experience and performance across marketing, sales, commerce, and customer service functions.
• Strategic Data Analysis: Conduct customer, market, operational, and data analysis to uncover trends, identify pain points, and generate insights that inform and support strategic recommendations.
• Customer Experience Design: Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs, define business outcomes, and collaboratively design future-state processes and customer journeys, including defining KPIs and capabilities.
• Platform Configuration & Implementation: Translate business requirements into technical solutions by performing configuration and development on platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow, supporting testing and deployment activities.
• AI-Driven Transformation: Leverage AI tools and technologies, including generative AI and automation, to accelerate analysis, enhance insights, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, ensuring quality outputs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Consultant. Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools, such as ChatGPT, into daily workflows for enhanced productivity and insight generation, alongside a strong ability to critically assess outputs for accuracy and bias. Evidence of leadership through academic achievement, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience is also essential.
• Skills: Possesses sharp analytical thinking for complex problem-solving, effective written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong organizational abilities to manage priorities in dynamic environments. Exhibits curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
