• Pay: $77500–$80000 yearly
• Team: Works closely with Senior Associates and Managers.
• Mission: Performs audit procedures, helps complete audit engagements, and identifies and resolves issues encountered during financial statement audits.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Perform assigned audit procedures on engagements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Senior Associates and Managers to identify and resolve issues encountered in financial statement audits.
• Document: Develop effective and clear work paper techniques.
• Prepare: Assist with financial statement preparation.
• Grow: Develop a professional development plan with their group leader.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Experience: Internship or light experience in public accounting.
• Skills: Basic familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field; excellent written and oral communication skills; team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
