What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation: Assist with preparing various accounting entries and financial reports.
• Collaboration: Interact with other functional departments to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of financial information.
• Analysis: Develop and utilize various analytical reports to assist with the understanding and validation of financial information.
• Documentation: Coordinate, conduct, and document work papers of financial reporting activities.
• Team Support: Serve as a key team member that meets the ultimate objectives of the team, department, and organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting; Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, organizational skills, customer focused, critical thinking, team mentality, business acumen, learning agility.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and AI proficiency.
