What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Tasks: Perform daily accounting tasks, including preparing invoices and other financial documents.
• Reconciliations: Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Month-End Close: Participate in the month-end close process, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field, specifically with bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
• Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bonus: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
