What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Workers’ compensation self-insurance regulatory filings for clients.
• Manage: Auto liability self-insurance regulatory filings and ensure their accurate submission.
• Review: Payroll reports and claim data from various RMIS and claims systems.
• Maintain: Accurate and detailed records of state self-insurance filings and associated databases.
• Guide: Clients on self-insurance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with compliance product sales.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Senior level with a college degree. Core domain knowledge in insurance operations, compliance, claims, or regulatory affairs is preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of business experience, with a strong preference for self-insurance compliance, claims, legal, or other insurance-related experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat Pro; general office and math skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to organize, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines.
• Bonus: Coursework in paralegal, risk management, or insurance studies is preferred.
