• Mission: Provide credit risk solutions to corporates and financial institutions, while driving client retention and achieving annual growth targets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Management: Assist with and take ownership of day-to-day client program management, consultative service, and relationship building.
• Strategy & Growth: Deliver client strategy and results, strategically coordinating broking, servicing, and sales activities to retain clients and achieve growth targets.
• Prospect Development: Lead new prospect development through networking and referrals, guiding the sales process for designated portfolios.
• Business Retention: Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with client decision-makers and facilitating connections between clients, Aon, and insurers.
• Client Counsel: Provide counsel to complex clients, including negotiating on coverage and fees, and coordinating multinational insurance programs across geographies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with expertise in providing credit risk solutions to corporates and financial institutions.
• Experience: Proven experience in client management, program management, consultative service, and relationship building. Demonstrated experience in prospect development and leading sales processes. Extensive experience in counseling complex clients, negotiating coverage and fees, and coordinating multinational insurance programs, including collaboration across offices and geographies.
• Skills: Possesses advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and abilities. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. Ability to apply discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate actions.
