The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Hybrid – Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico
• Team: Consulting team, responsible for coordinating activities with internal and corporate teams and supervising Junior Consultants.
• Mission: Manage an assigned client portfolio, ensuring quality results and process adherence through direct client attention and team coordination.
• Tech Stack: Proval, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned client portfolio, providing direct client attention, and coordinating internal and corporate team activities to ensure quality results and process adherence.
• Proposal Development: Elaborate proposals for actuarial valuations for prospective clients.
• Benefits Programming: Program benefits in Proval and manually replicate benefits for Pension and special plans, including those for LATAM clients.
• Valuation Review & Supervision: Review and interpret actuarial and accounting results, and assign and supervise valuations performed by Junior Consultants.
• Hypothesis & P&L Analysis: Develop recommendations for economic and demographic hypotheses for valuations, and analyze and explain profit and loss in collaboration with Junior Consultants.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, completed and titled, with technical domain expertise in Retirement topics.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience executing actuarial valuations of labor liabilities.
• Skills: Intermediate English proficiency, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strategic vision, and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
