What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and their management teams, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent retention.
• Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies by understanding business objectives, industry conditions, and workforce dynamics, aligning workforce capabilities with business goals.
• Data Analysis: Analyze workforce and people-related data to identify trends, emerging concerns, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Solutions: Facilitate strategic discussions with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and deliver integrated talent solutions for challenges such as employee engagement, change management, and leadership development.
• Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, partnering with legal as needed to minimize organizational risk and ensure compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior career level with a preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, focusing on HR business partnership, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience in human resources business partnership, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development, including building high-performing teams and supporting leaders through organizational change.
• Skills: Possess strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices; demonstrate advanced skills in coaching, consulting, conflict resolution, influencing, problem-solving, and relationship management; exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations; command excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills; display executive presence, professional maturity, and sound judgment when collaborating with senior leaders in a matrixed environment; handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Bonus: An advanced degree and/or a professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are preferred, along with a willingness to travel as needed.
