Talent Acquisition Process Lead | Workday

The Tone:
This is a hybrid role at Workday, primarily based in Pleasanton, CA, with flexibility to work from other US locations. • Pay: $114800–$203900 yearly
• Team: The Global Talent Acquisition Experience team sits in the Technology, Experience and Enablement Center of Excellence.
• Mission: Design, evolve, and operationalize the recruiting operating model to ensure hiring processes remain scalable, efficient, and aligned as the organization grows.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive the design and evolution of how Workday executes key recruiting processes across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the efficiency, scalability, and experience of Workday’s global recruiting organization.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure recruiting teams remain informed and aligned on new processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Partner with recruiting leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into operational improvements.
• Serve as a process owner and operational architect for key areas of the hiring lifecycle, delivering lasting impact to the recruiting model.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level contributor with deep understanding of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle within recruiting organizations.
• Experience: 7+ years in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations, specifically designing and delivering transformative initiatives.
• Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strong communication, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and proficiency with project management or workflow tools.
• Bonus: Experience supporting global recruiting programs or TA operations teams and comfort navigating ambiguity.
