Management Trainee | Iron Bloom Collective

The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at Iron Bloom Collective, located in an unspecified location where our nonprofit partners operate. Iron Bloom Collective partners with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, engage communities, and support vital outreach initiatives through direct, face-to-face engagement. As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in connecting the public with important causes, contributing directly to community impact and the successful execution of mission-driven campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Actively participate in hands-on leadership and comprehensive business management training.
• Support: Provide dedicated support for community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit initiatives.
• Coordinate: Assist with event planning, including scheduling, logistics, and staffing arrangements.
• Network: Build and nurture professional relationships with community partners, retail locations, and event venues.
• Mentor: Help train, guide, and support new team members, contributing to team development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of concepts in business, marketing, communications, or management. Experience or interest in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, public relations, community outreach, or nonprofit work is highly relevant.
• Experience: No prior management experience is required for this entry-level development program. Beneficial transferable experience includes roles in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, call centers, events, or any other people-facing environments where direct interaction was key.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively; comfortable and professional in engaging with customers and the general public; proven self-motivation, dependability, and a positive attitude; adept at problem-solving with a growth mindset.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though not mandatory. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen interest in leadership, business development, marketing, or community outreach, seeking to advance their professional and leadership skills within a collaborative environment.
