What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare financial statements for teams or complex business and individual tax returns.
• Utilize: Use modern accounting technology to deliver high-quality financial results and solutions.
• Communicate: Proactively communicate with team members, managers, and clients to manage timelines and expectations.
• Research: Identify and research tax and accounting issues, developing practical resolutions and preparing clear written conclusions.
• Develop: Build strong client relationships from the start to deliver comprehensive accounting, tax planning, and consulting solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, with CPA eligibility. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, suitable for new or soon-to-be graduates, with progress toward CPA certification.
• Skills: Tech-savvy mindset with confidence in using Microsoft Office and accounting software, strong communication skills, and professional presence.
