Supply Chain Rotational Analyst – May 2027 Grads | Charter Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program role at Charter Manufacturing, located in Hybrid – Mequon, WI. The TL;DR

• Mission: Build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement: Support the acquisition of goods and services by participating in sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Supply & Demand Planning: Assist in developing and executing plans for product supply and demand forecasting.
• Transportation: Help coordinate and optimize the logistics and movement of materials and finished products.
• Supply Chain Transformation: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving and modernizing supply chain processes and systems.
• Business Integration: Gain diverse integration and exposure to various business operations and functions across Charter Manufacturing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, specifically for May 2027 college graduates.
• Experience: Supply Chain or general business internship, or related experience; prior experience participating in a team environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a high level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement; strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the business.
• Bonus: Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; willingness to travel as needed for program requirements.
