Motorola Strategy Analyst – Global Future Leaders Program (2027) | Lenovo

The Tone:
This is an early-career rotational program in North America, with key in-person events for final interviews held in Morrisville, NC. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Initiative Support: Coordinate inputs, track progress, and prepare analyses for Motorola’s key business priorities and geographic strategic initiatives.
• Market Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, business performance, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
• Competitive Market Intelligence: Develop competitive analyses, market intelligence summaries, and data-supported insights for business and marketing stakeholders.
• Investment Spend Optimization: Support efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Motorola’s investments and business expenditures.
• Executive Reporting Communication: Create clear presentations, reports, and communication materials for global business, strategy organization, and leadership audiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, or Strategy preferred, for an early-career professional.
• Experience: Relevant experience in business strategy, data analytics, research, or consulting.
• Skills: Analytical problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication, organization and collaboration, ownership and curiosity, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Economics; experience in the smartphone, technology, or consumer electronics industry; familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, business case development, or KPI reporting; excellent problem-solving skills; and a strong interest in technology and business strategy.
