What You’ll Actually Do
• Lease Transactions: Determine appropriate accounting treatment and record business transactions for leases and payoffs.
• Account Analysis: Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income/expense accounts.
• Journal Entries: Prepare essential journal entries.
• Warehouse Accounting: Record business transactions for warehouses while providing relevant accounting treatments.
• Project Support: Prepare workpapers in support of various other projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience) and a general understanding of GAAP.
• Experience: Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to multi-task, alongside being detail-oriented.
