The Tone:
This is a full-time leadership development program at Force Factor, located in Boston, MA. Force Factor is on a mission to disrupt the global health and wellness industry by creating innovative health products that help consumers unleash their potential. The company sells scientifically formulated vitamins, supplements, and better-for-you foods in thousands of retail and eCommerce stores nationwide. This program is designed for recent graduates to become future leaders, making a real impact on people’s lives and contributing to the company’s ambitious growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard: Immerse yourself in Force Factor’s thriving meritocratic culture, understanding decision-making processes and receiving mentorship to maximize your potential.
• Train: Participate in an immersive program designed to provide a profound understanding of the business and prepare you for a long and prosperous career.
• Rotate: Complete six unique rotations across different departments, gaining hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of the diverse facets of the business.
• Develop: Continuously receive guidance and insights from the leadership team during program milestones, ensuring your growth aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
• Contribute: Transition into an analyst role upon successful program completion, immediately making a substantial impact on the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027. Open to brilliant hard workers from any concentration or major.
• Experience: Extracurricular, volunteer, athletics, or professional leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong work ethic and drive to achieve results; ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit; interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills; solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving; detail-oriented, driven, and organized high performer.
• Bonus: A performance track record that demonstrates high achievement in academics; able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to conceptualize and present new approaches and solutions; an insatiable desire to win.
