The Tone:
This is a full-time graduate program at Novo Nordisk, primarily US-based with an international rotation component. The program aims to strengthen the talent pipeline by attracting, recruiting, and developing recent post-graduate talents who have the potential to grow into managing leaders throughout the organization. The TL;DR
• Role: Graduate Program
• Type: Full-time
• Location: US-based with international travel
• Pay: $101000 yearly
• Team: Reports formally to the program manager/director within Talent Management, US Operations (USO) Employee Experience, with a host manager for daily departmental contact.
• Mission: Strengthen the talent pipeline by attracting, recruiting, and developing recent post-graduate talents to grow into managing leaders across the organization.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete three rotations over two years, each lasting 6-8 months, including one global rotation across various HR areas like DEIB, Learning and Leadership Development, and Talent Management.
• Actively participate in daily departmental projects, contributing to and taking responsibility for specific elements within these projects.
• Contribute to the development of well-thought-out solutions for complex problems within an international pharmaceutical company context.
• Plan and engage in various graduate activities, including site visits, ‘meet the customers’ events, and other skill training initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing among current graduates and contribute to the development of a professional network amongst and beyond graduates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Management. Entry-level, with no more than 12-18 months post-graduate from the program.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience at the time of application, with a documented GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to change, and a team player attitude.
• Bonus: Ability to approach tasks and situations with a global mindset, demonstrates optimism and resilience, exhibits strong situational self-awareness, possesses a high degree of curiosity, and shows a commitment to continuous learning and growth mindset.
