What You’ll Actually Do
• Finance Development: Gain hands-on exposure to finance, accounting, analytics, risk management, and special projects over a 2-3 year immersive experience.
• Leadership Growth: Participate in leadership development, training, and networking opportunities to support personal and professional growth.
• Business Acumen: Develop an understanding of critical business aspects including product knowledge, healthcare systems, payors, customers, regulatory, and business operations.
• Strategic Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into business practices and contribute to the execution of the company’s strategy.
• Career Advancement: Progress within Finance and the broader organization upon successful completion of the leadership development program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; current seniors enrolled in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Analytics (all business majors, including Management, Marketing, or Economics, may be considered) expected to graduate prior to the June 2027 start date.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership, proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business Acumen, Multitasking, Attention to Detail.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; GPA of 3.3 or above; academic focus on data analytics.
