What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationships: Own real client relationships early in your tenure, supported by dedicated mentorship, a structured approach, and a strong team.
• Financial Planning: Lead sophisticated financial planning conversations that guide how successful families approach critical aspects like retirement, long-term security, and legacy planning.
• Immediate Immersion: Participate in real client meetings by your second week, as the program emphasizes building both acumen and confidence simultaneously, through in-the-room, real-time experience.
• Program Completion: Complete a structured two-year advisor development program, designed to transform exceptional individuals into elite advisors without relying on cold calls or leading to burnout.
• Career Advancement: Upon program completion, step into a rewarding career serving your own clients, equipped with skills comparable to an advisor with 10 years of experience, benefiting from unparalleled industry exposure.
• Certification: Earn your Series 65 and pursue your CFP® designation, with all associated costs covered by AdviceOne, facilitating your professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree (or graduation within six months); this is an early-career opportunity that does not require prior finance experience.
• Experience: Not required; successful advisors often transition from hospitality, retail, restaurant, or other client-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional customer service and quick thinking under pressure.
• Skills: Off-the-charts people skills and the ability to truly connect with others; strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills that foster instinctive trust; adept problem-solving skills to simplify complex issues; resilient, driven, and growth-minded, consistently rising to challenges and learning quickly; adaptable and collaborative, thriving in team-oriented environments.
