• Team: Focuses on Operation Finance tasks across the Quote to Booking (QTB), Credit Collections (C&C), Pricebook Management (PBM), Lifecycle Management (LCM), Enterprise Service Finance (ES FI), and Customer Supply Chain Finance (CSC FI) teams.
• Mission: Supports key operational finance processes, from quoting and order management to financial analysis and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer finance activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Quote & Contract Support: Assist in the creation, review, analysis, and approval of CRM quotes, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines, contract terms, and internal policies.
• Order Management & System Accuracy: Execute pre-booking to booking activities for new orders, maintaining compliance with accounting processes and resolving data transmission issues between CRM and SAP systems.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and review financial models and presentations for management, supporting backlog, revenue, and multi-million-dollar transaction analysis for various finance teams.
• Operational & Margin Support: Track customer assets and inventory levels, support margin improvement initiatives at customer sites, and assist the Credit Collections team with operational processes.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all established finance, accounting, and quality policies throughout all assigned tasks and processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field. Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
• Experience: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer term and part-time (10-20 hours per week) during fall and spring academic terms. Rising senior/2028 graduate preferred.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, good organizational skills, and a proactive self-initiative.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA.
