Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products Operations Leadership Development Program | Siemens
The Tone:
This is a two-year rotational leadership development program at Siemens, spanning multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities including Grand Prairie, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Pendergrass, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; and Pomona, CA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in rotational learning: Participate in diverse projects and processes across four six-month rotations at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities, building foundational skills.
• Optimize operations: Improve manufacturing processes, drive sustainability initiatives, and develop effective and efficient solutions for complex challenges.
• Influence strategy: Offer forward-thinking perspectives and challenge both peers and senior management to consider future strategies and developments.
• Drive business results: Strive to exceed performance targets, contribute to business growth, and ensure customer success.
• Lead and manage teams: Coordinate and optimize workflows, lead and supervise operational teams, and implement new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related program. This program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers who will have completed required educational credentials prior to the program start date.
• Experience: Availability to begin full-time employment in early January 2027. Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each of the four rotations and travel as required by the program. Legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without current or future company sponsorship.
• Skills: Strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through immersion in the manufacturing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting. Previous experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology. Leadership or cross-functional involvement through campus organizations, extracurriculars, or prior employment.
