This Techno Functional Consultant L2 position is essential for executing required customizations, applying critical configuration changes across multiple system modules, and directly supporting the implementation of key business processes, thereby empowering clients and Wipro itself to continuously reinvent and transform.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to meticulously understand functional requirements and translate them into precise technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Solution Design: Contribute actively to solution design by identifying specific customization requirements across multiple modules, leveraging a deep understanding of how functional requirements link to technical implementation.
• Configuration & Customization: Execute all required customizations and apply critical configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system, directly supporting the successful implementation of new business processes.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze complex performance issues and strategically optimize existing configurations, database queries, or integrations across multiple applications to enhance system efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive and detailed functional and technical documentation, including robust design documents and clear process documents, to ensure thorough understanding and maintainability of implemented solutions.

• Background: This role requires an L2 career level Techno Functional Consultant, specializing in connecting business objectives with technical solutions through system configuration and customization.
• Experience: Candidates must possess 8-10 years of professional experience, specifically in executing required customizations, applying configuration changes across multiple modules, and supporting the implementation of business processes within existing systems.
• Skills: Mandatory technical skills include Security Information Event Management (SIEM), alongside demonstrated proficiency in Configuration Management, Customization Execution, and supporting Business Process Implementation.
