Product Development Engineer | Hydromenta Systems

The Tone:
This is an early-career, rotational engineering role at Hydromenta Systems, spanning multiple US geographies. This position is part of a distinctive 2-year Leadership Development Program designed to cultivate world-class leaders, enabling participants to shape the company’s future through direct contributions to critical projects and product launches.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Complete rotational engineering assignments across different US geographies as part of a 2-year Leadership Development Program.
• Launch: Directly contribute to new product launches, taking products from concept to market.
• Automate: Work with controls and automation technologies, applying them in various business segments.
• Project Lead: Participate in and contribute to business-critical projects, gaining broad organizational exposure.
• Innovate: Engage with and learn about leading-edge industrial automation technology developed within the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no employment visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future for this role.
• Experience: Experience with designing and developing products.
• Skills: An interest in coding, tinkering, repairing, and testing, with a desire to deepen and stretch technical capabilities.
• Bonus: Prior internship or co-op experience with the company, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrated leadership experience, involvement in community service extracurriculars or volunteerism, career aspirations to manage people and develop others, and the ability to relocate multiple times over a 2-year duration.
