What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Management: Manage and report on the cost of goods sold, providing critical financial insights that empower decision-making within the company.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate and manage inventory, ensuring accurate records and contributing to the efficiency of the company’s sustainable operations.
• Performance Tracking: Report and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering direct contributions to the understanding of financial health and operational performance.
• Project Support: Undertake other miscellaneous tasks and projects related to Finance, actively participating in a culture where curiosity thrives and courage is celebrated.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level position ideal for students pursuing a major or concentration in Finance or Accounting, seeking to start their career journey with a significant impact.
• Experience: Candidates should demonstrate strong initiative and a genuine willingness to learn, ready to take ownership from day one and contribute to meaningful projects within an expanding network.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and meticulous organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: An ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize ERP system(s) such as Alteryx and OneStream, in addition to proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, will be highly valued.
