The Tone:
This is a full-time operations management trainee program at Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, requiring relocation to various sites throughout the U.S. and Mexico. What You’ll Actually Do
• Plant Operations: Engage in hands-on training to master the intricacies of plant operations and production processes.
• Workforce Management: Learn and apply principles of staffing and scheduling to ensure efficient allocation of resources within operational teams.
• EHS Compliance: Develop comprehensive knowledge and implement best practices for environmental health and safety (EHS) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze current processes to identify opportunities and implement strategies aimed at improving overall operational efficiencies and productivity.
• Asset Stewardship: Gain expertise in critical areas of asset maintenance, integrity assessments, and capital planning to optimize equipment lifespan and investment strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level. Possess a 4-year degree in an engineering or related field.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience required for this trainee program.
• Skills: Exhibit strong Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively and engage with feedback for development within a leadership path.
