The Tone:
This is an 18-month rotational program at Symbotic, requiring significant travel and potential relocation within the United States. Symbotic develops A.I.-powered robotic technology platforms to transform the supply chain and automate warehouses. This role prepares high-potential individuals for impactful leadership roles within the company’s Operations, building foundational expertise and experience across critical functions. Associates completing the program are expected to transition into operations leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a structured 18-month rotational program covering operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.
• System Support: Gain hands-on experience maintaining the operation and performance of Symbotic’s automated systems.
• Knowledge Building: Develop foundational understanding across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service functions.
• Performance Driving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall system performance.
• Project Completion: Analyze operational data, identify improvements, support corrective actions, and complete capstone projects for operational excellence and customer success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience: Entry-level or recent graduate with equivalent work or military experience (for bachelor’s degree holders).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; a proactive and collaborative approach to work; demonstrated leadership potential.
