What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist in the preparation of month-end fund shareholder reports, including semi-annual financial statements, schedules of investments, notes, prospectus reporting, and fact sheets.
• Support: Assist with SEC regulatory filings and compliance requirements such as N-PORT, N-CEN, and N-MFP.
• Compile: Compile and validate data and disclosures for various internal reporting and for the Mutual Funds/Series Funds/Core Funds Board of Trustees/Directors.
• Enhance: Improve and enhance process documentation to help mature the internal controls environment.
• Utilize: Utilize AI-powered tools and data analytics to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a Junior (December 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: Excellent academic performance (GPA 3.0+) and foundational knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Skills: Skilled in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel); Proficiency in utilizing AI tools like Copilot for large datasets; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail; Strong oral and written communication skills.
