The Tone:
This is a full-time, regular position within Cintas’s Management Trainee program. This role is crucial for individuals aiming to develop leadership capabilities and gain practical experience across essential business functions. Participants will engage in hands-on rotations, gaining a deep understanding of our operations and preparing for future advancement within the company.

• Team: Part of the Rental organization, reporting to experienced managers across various operational departments.
• Mission: Develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations to prepare for career advancement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Rotate through departments to gain leadership insights into business operations.
• Sales Development: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Business Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree obtained or to be obtained within six months. Entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age, possess an active driver’s license, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment to comply with DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Skills: Sales acumen, Customer service, Basic data analysis, Collaboration, Leadership potential.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; a business or related academic major; a leadership or management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities.
