This Corrugated Business Associate role is a crucial part of the Generational Investment for Tomorrow (GIFT) program, designed to cultivate well-rounded employees and future leaders through comprehensive rotational training, with a specific focus on sales development within the corrugated packaging industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentor: Work closely and communicate often with the assigned GIFT Mentor to stay on track with program goals.
• Rotate: Complete rotations through the four main departments at a corrugated plant: Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Execute: Work on assignments or projects within each department under the instruction of the department supervisor.
• Improve: Identify issues and areas for improvement, presenting findings and possible solutions to the department supervisor and GIFT Mentor.
• Develop: Attend and actively participate in the GIFT program training conferences to enhance professional skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required upon starting the position, to be obtained between December 2026 and May 2027. This is an early-career level position.
• Experience: Ability to start the position on a day between May 2027 and July 2027. No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for this recent college graduate program.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly and effectively put new knowledge into practice; strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership experience or strong leadership skills with a drive to lead others; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build relationships; quick and concise decision and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: A minimum of one Internship or Co-op is preferred, especially in an environment related to this GIFT position type. Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is also preferred.
