• Pay: $73000–$94000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Complete multiple rotational assignments across Belden to broaden your perspective and network.
• Project Ownership: Own high-impact projects with measurable business impact during your rotations.
• Skill Development: Build a strong foundation of technical, business, and professional skills through structured development.
• Career Acceleration: Prepare for an accelerated career in the industrial technology industry by gaining diverse perspectives and capabilities.
• Role Transition: Successfully transition into an experienced professional role at Belden upon program completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study, completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation no later than June 2027.
• Experience: Related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, or manufacturing processes/process engineering.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities; high learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action.
• Bonus: Exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or structured problem solving.
