• Mission: This role is responsible for establishing a strong accounting foundation through accounts payable management and broader accounting support for diverse entertainment industry clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices and manage accounts payable for multiple client entities.
• Accounts Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable functions and manage client deposits.
• General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger through accurate journal entries.
• Payroll Processing: Handle client payroll processing responsibilities.
• Tax and Reporting: Support sales and business tax returns, alongside 1099 and W-2 documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience is necessary, with specific hands-on experience in AP/invoice processing.
• Skills: Strong academic performance, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and an organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
