What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness for issuing multinational policies across the network of over 200 territories.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for global underwriting and servicing teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding policy matters.
• Document Preparation: Prepare policy wording documents tailored for sophisticated customer needs across various lines of business.
• Data Management: Maintain multinational data in core global systems, ensuring all information remains accurate and easily accessible.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives by sharing observations, testing changes, and suggesting practical enhancements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A degree in Economics, Law, Business, or a related field, or demonstrated relevant experience in the insurance industry, coupled with an understanding of insurance operations.
• Experience: An interest in multinational insurance and a willingness to develop knowledge of multinational programs, customer needs, and servicing operations, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for assigned activities.
• Skills: Required fluency in English, clear written and verbal communication skills for professional information sharing, strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, good organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, a collaborative approach for working across teams and countries, and a problem-solving mindset with curiosity and adaptability for learning new processes, products, and systems.
• Bonus: Previous experience in multinational insurance, servicing, or underwriting; previous market-facing or customer-facing experience; comfort working in an international and culturally diverse environment; familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or workflow systems; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; and fluency in Spanish.
